- You acknowledge that you may need to undergo a background check if required by the property management company or the owner as a condition of booking.
- You understand that your check-in instructions may be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process.
- All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.

We are happy to welcome pets at our Airbnb, subject to size limitations. No exotic, vicious, or dangerous animals are allowed. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Failure to disclose a pet may lead to the cancellation of your reservation.
The following additional PER PET cleaning fee applies:
1 - 4 Nights: $40.00 Per Night.
5 - 29 Nights: $350.00 Flat Rate.
30+ Nights: $450.00 Flat Rate.
A photo of each pet and their vaccination records is required.
To help keep the building safe and provide a great experience for all guests, we are unable to accept reservations from guests who reside within 50 miles of the property. Reservations that do not comply with this local booking policy may be cancelled at our discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel any reservation that violates these requirements.
