- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you need to undergo a background check as required by the property management company or the owner as a condition of booking.
- You understand that your check-in instructions may be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process.
- All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet building's verification criteria. (Guests to initiate cancel in such case to get a refund)
