The layout features a private king bedroom, a queen bed tucked into its own nook off the living area behind a rattan screen, two full bathrooms, and an open living/dining space with a smart TV and comfortable seating. Your stay includes a reserved garage parking spot, gigabit WiFi, and fob access to all building amenities: a rooftop clubhouse with game room, rooftop grilling terrace, fitness center, and business room.

You'll have the entire loft to yourselves, plus access to all building amenities: the rooftop clubhouse (game room and TV lounge), rooftop terrace with grills, first-floor fitness center, business/study room, and coffee bar. One reserved parking spot in the secure garage is included. Self check-in: you'll receive your building access code and key pickup instructions before arrival. Your keyset includes the unit key, an amenity fob for the elevator and common areas, and a garage remote.

A few things to know before booking:

• Background check & ID required. Building management requires the booking guest to complete a brief background check, and all adult guests to provide photo ID, before check-in details are released. We send the link right after booking — it takes about five minutes. Please complete it within 48 hours. If it isn't completed or can't be cleared, we'll ask you to cancel for a full refund.
• Noise monitoring: the unit has a decibel monitor (it cannot record sound) to keep the building peaceful. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM.
• Doorbell camera: an exterior-facing camera at the front door. No cameras inside the unit.
• This is a residential building — no parties or events.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
