➤ Full access to the entire property, including the pool, outdoor dining area, and gym. Only exception is the electrical, boiler, and sump pump rooms

➤ In case of emergency, you will have our team's direct phone number, so we can assist you urgently.
➤ Guests are responsible for their own consumables, after the initial supply
➤ Outdoor security cameras are present but not inside the property

➤ We are committed to ensuring your comfort and satisfaction during your stay. If we are not on-site, simply send us a text message and we will gladly assist you or provide guidance as needed.
➤ Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to read the parking signs for detailed information. For more secure parking, there's a covered parking garage, the MLGW garage, directly across from the main entrance, with daily rates.
➤ Please be advised the unit is a loft-style apartment with an open layout, meaning there is no door to the bedroom.
➤ The swimming pool operates 24 hours. However, please be aware that the pool may undergo regular cleaning and maintenance (usually on Mondays), or be non-operational due to seasonality/local bylaws which can result in occasional closures. Hosts are not responsible for building amenity closures or anything outside of the unit. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
